The Growth and Partnership Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s expansion strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and forming strategic partnerships that fuel growth. This role will focus on expanding our geographical footprint, enhancing customer acquisition, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, market expansion, and partnership management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expansion Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive expansion strategy to increase market presence and revenue in new and existing markets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities, including emerging markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of expansion initiatives.
- Market Entry and Penetration:
- Identify and evaluate potential markets for entry, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including market entry strategies, localisation efforts, and distribution channels.
- Monitor and analyse market performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.
- Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that align with the brand’s expansion goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry players, including fashion influencers, retailers, and distribution partners.
- Collaborate with partners on co-branded initiatives, events, and marketing campaigns to enhance market presence.
- Customer Acquisition and Growth:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement in new markets.
- Leverage digital marketing, social media, and content marketing to reach and convert target audiences.
- Implement innovative growth hacking techniques to rapidly scale customer base.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and outcomes of expansion initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, market expansion, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully driving market expansion and establishing strategic partnerships.
